1.Create a new canvas ( any size that can fit your text). Select the color you want the text to be in the foreground colour. go to the type tool, and type your text.
2.Now highlight the text, and select Filter/Noise/Add noise. a message will come up - click on 'OK' - you now wont be able to edit your text (re-type). Set the amount to your taste and make sure the radio button 'Gaussian' is checked on.
3.apply it and there is your glitter text!
